How do I get a library card?
Bring a valid driver’s license or I.D. with your current address on it to the library. The librarians will give you a short form to fill out with your information. The librarians will enter your information into our database while you wait, and you will receive a library card right then.
Children can receive a library card if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with current I.D.
Residents inside our library district can receive a library card for free. Our district includes Marlette Township, Koylton Township, Lamotte Township, Elmer Township and the city of Marlette.
If you reside outside of our district, or have a driver’s license or i.d. which does not show an address within our district, you can still receive a library card, but will be required to pay a membership fee in order to do so.
If you have any questions about receiving your library card, please call the library at (989) 635-2838.
