| When applying for a library card, patron needs at least one piece of identification with a current address (driver's license, utility bill, check book), one reference/contact person with a phone number and not living at the same address. Patron may not use a P.O. Box as address if there is no telephone.
Patron must be 18 years old to sign for his/her own library card. Seventeen (17) years and younger must have parent/guardian signature on card and parent/guardian is responsible for fines and damaged materials.
We will charge as follows for replacement cards: $2.00. As stated on the back of the card, patron is responsible for all use made of the card.
